Shipment Policy:
We process orders within 48 hours, Monday - Friday.
You will be notified of any backorders and up dated shipping preferences.
Damaged Merchandise:
We accept returns and issue refunds for products damaged in shipping only. We apologize for the inconvenience and will work with you to replace the damaged items or issue your refund. Please follow the guidelines below. Email notification of damaged merchandise must be received within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Please email info@twbwf.org. Subject: Merchandise Return/Refund Request. Email return/refund requests must include UPS tracking number, your shipping address, your contact name and phone number, your email address, and description of the damaged merchandise and shipping container. All returns/refunds require a return authorization number that will be emailed to you after review of your return/refund request. The customer pays return shipping charges. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned products must be re-packaged and include the original shipping container label. Order Cancellations: Orders cancelled after 48-hours but before items are shipped, are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
